Dance Days Reviews and why we collect them.

Since we started back in 2013, we have received more than 150 reviews and testimonials from schools and teachers that have used Dance Days.

We love giving teachers the chance to provide feedback and write a review for a couple of reasons:

• they help us understand where we can make tweaks to the service we provide and ensure that each workshop and facilitator meet the school's needs and requirements.  We aim to deliver our workshops to the highest standard and are always looking for ways to improve them.

• they are an excellent way for teachers to find out more about Dance Days.  As with most things, we like to read about a product or service from other peoples perspectives, before we buy or sign up. Reviews have become part of the buying process, at the research stage.

• ‍they give the team at Dance Days HQ a boost, it's lovely seeing a new review come in and reading what the school thought about us, and adapted to any feedback given.

Feedback and what we have changed

To give you an idea of the types of feedback we have received and how we have adapted what we provide.

"It would be good if the children had some props." = So we bought more props, and continue to add to our stock.

‍

"Could we have the music from the sessions." = We have started adding the music we use in the school's area of our website, we are continually updating this and adding more styles. (Once you have booked a dance workshop, we will send access details to the school's area)

Move to Reviews.co.uk

In June 2017 we moved our review and feedback collection process to a 3rd party company called Reviews.co.uk.  Before then we used to collect this via a survey, manually.  The move to Reviews.co.uk has given us, and potential schools a number of benefits.

• ‍more clarity, the teaching leaving the review provides us with a score out of 5, on 3 different areas - the booking process, the workshop and the facilitator.

• categories, we can now link the feedback given to the relevant dance workshop style and show this review on our website.

• google magic, our star ratings now show on google, so potential teachers can see what others think about Dance Days before they even visit our website.

Leaving a review

Within 48hrs after your workshop, you will receive an email from us via Reviews.co.uk, this is your chance to tell us about your day, what your pupils thought and hopefully give us that 5-star review!
